CTO, What's the Difference Between Tooling and People?

As part of my role as CTO, I'm focusing on making sure that the different technologies and ways that we deliver our services can actually work together to provide more value. So how do we apply threat intelligence to decide what type of vulnerabilities are more important to check than others? Or how do you learn from an incident response case,. You take those learnings and you enrich that with some studies. And it becomes very, very interesting when you start putting all those pieces together and try to get a holistic perspective.
