Many people in business seek to foster a kind of creativity and ontroponerialism. Ironically, they often think the way to foster that is simply to make more people who can fill this little box. But actually, the way you create is by making people who are grounded enough in the fundamentals that they can create things that don't yet exist. Being able to imagine what isn't there is the real key creation.
