Rube brought in a psychologist who claimed that pistorius had generalized anxiety to order. They also brought in a sports physician who said psychological stress and his disability made him feel vulnerable. So rue now claimed that the seeming over reaction was because pestorius had an anxiety disorder, the also because he wasn't wearing his proesthetics,. This made him feel incredibly vulnerable. Rue made the case that pastoriu's judgment was impaired, and so he couldn't possibly be held to that same level of accountability. I don't think generalized anxiety disorder is enough of a severe diagnosis to get away with murder yet - they're basically saying, he had no idea who is he is shooting at. It
