For a typical client, the goal is to progress in weight. I'm assessing as we're training, working out, I'm watching them move and I'm making real-time adjustments. But yes, simply is just set them up with the movement pattern, start to customize and create the movement pattern based on their feedback. And then, yeah, we progress over time. So, stuff you know, you probably do, pretty simple.
