The Musical Landscape of a Movie
Each movie is its own interesting set of questions and an adventure. I don't think it's obvious at all in the beginning what the musical landscape of a movie should be. Chariots of Fire is an interesting example of that because you have this movie set in the 1920s, the Olympics, and yet the score is a synthesizer 1980s score. It actually feels perfect. With a subtle change they can become immediately different genres which almost shows you that everything is very interlinked.
