Is Self-Care the Answer to Happiness?
I recently was listening to a episode of- what's it called? The happiness. People who think about their happiness a lot tend to be less happy. And then that's when you realize you'll be happier is when you stop trying to focus on yourself. It's my least favorite thing about life that the things that obviously are the most effective are the hardest to do. Or mentally to get to them. I know now and I've been like noticing it in my life. When I hang out with my friends, even for half an hour, I feel better. But sometimes to go to them, it would be so much easier to just turn on a bath.
