One of the things with snap on is that, for the most part, you don't buy their tools at like, welmart. It's like a truck system, is my understanding? So i actually have a broken snap on product. I'm sure it's as simple as contacting their customers support and like, getting a new one shipped to me or something. But it's not obvious to me, without, like, contacting them, where i would go or what i would do. There's no truck that goes to your house for it, as far as i cani don't knw. The only snap on product that i own is an american airline's official snap on screw
