There is a huge shortage of nursing, and some of its retirement. There's an easy mand training chool but not enough faculty to teach nurses. Travelling nurses who go from place to place aren't geny ere under cot for people don't know. It takes years to train a nurse, and it takes even more years to train a specialist nurse. And so what do you do when hospitals are emptying out the places that you most need it? What if a tennippi nurse or a nurse in mid-eastern U.S. wants to work in your state?
