Meditators often experience going very deep in their meditation and finding that their awareness is so expansive, it feels larger than their body can possibly be. What's happening as the brain is trying to rationalize what that experience is, my inner self has become vast. My inner has become this vast, experienceable phenomenon that ex extends beyond all boundaries. That's your individuality settling down into its least excited state and experiencing the unbounded consciousness field. When you return from your meditation back to normal waking state then, and we call it normal, not ordinary. Normal means the way you should be. Ordinary means what people are commonly experiencing.
