I think the first one for sure, we must all and we must tell children. We must start early saying if you have a really fulfilling career, expect to do at least two really different things. There are financial implications that go with that as well. I don't think there's anything the matter with valuing supposedly glamorous things. But where he thinks things really have gone wrong is if as a society, we think overall that is more important than teaching. The UK is way down in the bottom half of countries when it comes to teacher salaries.
