Nuclear bombs don't actually give us better insight into how to make nuclear bombs directly,. But computers give us better insights into how to made better computers. And biotechnology breakthroughs like crisper tech and the capacity for things like gean drives can modify foundational biology. By a warfare capacity, like very high level, by a warfarecapacity, becomes much, much, much simpler.
