I think that one of the like dangerous myths that people sometimes believe for artists is that you can't be like healthy or sober or stable and still make good art, right? People think that art comes from suffering, but it feels like they're kind of missing a big piece of life. I'm taking steps and strides and like learning to be better at that. And not just in like a romantic, like I'm talking about platonic. I'mtalking about friendships and just holding space in relationships when every emotion comes up and not running. So do that. Don't be scared of the shitty pieces because you know you're just one step closer to the good one.
