The Long Term Goals at Brighton

I haven't had a job that I've disliked. I love the Academy Manager jobs at Pete and Brokain Bridge in West Brom, I love my sport and technical director job at West Brom  and I love this one. long term at Brighton is in the hands of Tony Bloom and Paul Barber so you better you better understand that I've been so lucky Simon. My ambitions at the moment is to try and fulfill the club's vision and the club at some stage over the next few years would like to try and get into the top ten in the Premier League. There are two main things that I'm focusing on and all the other spokes of the wheel to try and support that vision
