Catherine: How does document autimation deal with changes like singular to plural? For instance, if your precedent agreement is drafted onn the basis of a single lender, but the document you're working on has a consortiun of lenders. Or even conditionality of clauses that if this clause is in place or attracted, then there's a penalty. So all those examples are too pereasy to do so anywhere within a precedent where yo've got square brackets and things like that. But once they've been automated, you can get a lot of information about your precedence and how lawyers are using it.
