The Key to Getting Unstuck

Every week you will hear from a randomly selected participants in the group, and they'll tell you what they got out of it. And we will ask them to share with each other what they think their colleagues should get out of what they receive as far as their experience. We call it fractile learning, because it's another layering and leveraging approach, and it's pretty, pretty profound. By the time it's done, you should be able, literally, to see about 20 or 30 new ways to get unstuck.
