I've never washed the chicken in my life. I just eat it dirty, I guess. Well, a lot of people are like, well, that's making it worse by putting stuff on it. But I can see why the citrus and the salt would clean. It's like abrasive, right? So you're also sort of brining it as well at the same time. Washing meat is big. Big stuff.
