Are IVAs the Answer to Unresolved Debts?
A third of IVAs don't reach the end, and they still have unresolved debts. Many people inappropriately take out a payday loan to meet their repayments. I think we would agree that there is a real need to tighten upon the advertisements for any sort of debt solution. There are an awful number of charities out there who will give good free advice in many cases.
