The Future of Leadership

Leadership through uncertainty is probably number one. Human contact, it creates this very exclusive luxury to it that I think is never really going to go away and becomes more valuable than ever. So that's probably kind of how I'm thinking about the future, both with myself and also with them. Like, meters are going to have to learn to lead through uncertainty.
