The Differences Between Dominic Rob and the Pretty Patel Case
I wonder if Westminster needs to have a kind of accepted definition of what bullying in the workplace actually is. I think, you know, there is a fairly clear understanding that it's perfectly reasonable for ministers to be forceful and particularly with senior civil servants. The issue seems to emerge more where it's junior civil servants who perhaps are not quite as able to stand up for themselves. And also, in some cases, feel nervous about making allegations or reporting things.
