The main practice is small glimpses many times a day consistently over time so it's the willingness if you're going to develop this next natural stage of knowing and being from awake consciousness open hearted awareness. The Tibetan word for meditation is often translated as familiarize so you have to familiarize yourself with your no self self and then from as the self familiarize yourselves with human experience.
