i think with any project, you want to start out with a lot of research. In it's around a place that's already been developed, you're going to try to navigate yourself. You can also observe others and see if there's points of confusion for them. And then obviously, once all those final decisions are made, then you're moving into production - working with fabrication partners and those types of things.
