Are You Going to Regret It?

How do you mix planning and being in the here now? I've tried to lower my planning slight. And maybe that's a little too short term thinking and I'll regret it at some point but I'm going to find that balance of getting back to just taking action and laying action bring clarity and not planning. The Sean period has this great framework they've resonated super heavily with me called the ABCs. A is where you are, z is where you got to be and B is that next step.
