You mentioned that you've been to a therapist for over five years are I'm assuming you're still seeing them. But hearing you say you kind of hide maybe some of the things you don't want to share with your family who say things have been so great since you've been to therapy, just make sure you're not hiding that from your therapist. I think that can be difficult too. You've seen someone for a while. And I do wonder sometimes how many of my clients are just trying to make me happy, you know what I mean? Because you they've been seeing you and they know you're working hard with them. And it's like, Oh, look, I'm doing so great. I don't want to be disappointed in me. Yeah. So yeah, it might be cliche like we always say, but definitely kind of mention where you're at with your therapist, because especially if they've been working on this with you, they may not realize that your ad is in a state of wanting to expand further or that you need to to grow. Yeah.
Speaker 1
