The Optic Blind Spot in the Octopus

No intelligent designer would come up with this. I believe the octopus has an eye where all of the wiring is at the back, and so there's no degradation of the light coming in to their retinas. These are things that often have to be operated on in human beings and removed without too much harm. So why they are still there will their festigial left over from our evolutionary ancestors. In some versions, it is literally the same theory certain types of knowledge, such as cosmology or moral knowledge being spoken to early humans by supernatural beings.
