At these levels of interest rates, only three things can happen. Inflation probably averages higher than that, so you lose money. You could buy it at one point eight %, and rates could go negative,. Like in europe, you'd actually make a nice return. Two out of those three sonarios are bad. So debt here is a really bad risk reward as get's got terrible a symmetry. The average tirement account, if you look at the average investor, rin't to have all this money in bonds. To me, i actually think it should be against the law.
