The Definition of a Great Problem Is Scale and Complexity

The product surface area I think is just hugely undervalued and it's almost like real estate right. Once you establish a beach head there's like kind of higher barriers to entry into domains that are regularly complex. A lot of the time that complexity reflects itself in the products that people use because the easiest thing to do is to make a bad product experience. The age of the leading product in the industry or the age of the fastest growing product  is an indicator for how much opportunity there is, he says.
