The Power of Networks

The two categories we're most interested in are level four reproducing churches. Unless a church itself is a part of a network, it's hard for them to get past level four. And even if they do get past level 4 and they do get to level five, it's because they moved into some form of networking. But yes, networking is crucial to movement.
