The Sons of God in the Heavenly Court

In the old testament, we read about the sons of god in the heavenly court. The word for this role is sar, and its sometimes translated into english as prince. It can refer to just a ranking official or commander. And there are such individuals in god's heavenly court. An earthly king would also have military officials who would project force on his behalf. For example, in daniel 12, one michael is described as the prince, the csar, or commander who has charge of the jewish people.
