It seems the sec is taking increasingly strong positions on expanding disclosure requirements related to cyber security practices environmental friendliness even for private funds. What would be a better way for these issues to be tackled under the securities laws or otherwise so gave i like that question and i think it's an important one for the for a crypto audience to hear because the sec has seemed quite hungry jurisdictionally in the crypto space but i can guarantee you that our appetite does not stop at the limits of crypto we are very aggressively trying to eat up jurisdiction all over the regulatory landscape.
