I Think It's an Essential Thing to Do
I think this conversation comes at a time when the workforce is facing a particular crisis. I think there was a good argument made yesterday that we should be in a situation where there's an oversupply and therefore things like flex seem a lot easier. We're going to have a much greater kind of demographic of older people, which means that collectively as a society, we need to make sure that we're supporting and caring for people. So it's great that obviously, you know, H.E. XHE, whatever they're called now, how can't keep up? It has to be embedded in everyday practice that that culture as well. Again, it's not a nice to have
