The Housing Market's Decline

I do actually think that we're going to see year over year prices increase, but ever so slightly. I still think the housing market is going to decline slightly on a national level by the end of the year. If rates do come down to six and a half, I think I'm predicting about 5% growth. There's bidding wars again, guys. Even at 7% rates. It's crazy.
