How to Protect Yourself From AI

I worry more about a very powerful or like even a model that's already out there like tick mama, you know, the large llama model. What if that thing can do biology, like to a really high level, and we don't know it yet? This is sound science fiction, but it could happen. And I just want to take get your opinion on somebody listening to this who's totally lost, once understand what they can do to maybe protect themselves. Is it best to leverage AI to use it to the best of your ability to make yourself better at your job? Any other input for people listening?
