I think it's really important to stress, right? It's like an iterative process. And you can become more ambitious and more refined as you kind of like go along. But also at the beginning, it sounds like this ad hoc approach was like still really good in getting something,. Right, and some pilot and that then helps you get lessons and buy into that. Then also lets you presumably reach out to experts thereafter or something.
