Medicaid: A Crisis Point in American Politics
Sally Kohn: You'd think this would be a huge deal, especially with all of the like crocodile tears that Democrats have been including Biden himself. She says when adults lost Medicaid, only 4% ended up moving on to an exchange plan; 30% returned to same Medicaid program after coverage gap. Kohn: There are a lot of sort of platitudes that you'll hear about this just kind of say, oh, it's maybe it'll be a little chaotic and people just shuffle around or whatever. But I want to note that if 15 million adults, right, lose this, because this is the adult number, there's a different percentage calculation for children on the plan,.
