The Neurotic Language Orthography
Stress is fairly weak and normally occurs on the vowel before the last consonant of a phrase. The language orthography is completely neurotic about letting you know every morphine boundary. I don't think it was necessary. He does have adjectives and adverbs which he doesn't list in the first place.
