World Building - How to Show Characters Daily Life

When you're doing world building, you have to be careful of info dumping. And so one way to do t is to show characters daily life. It's kind of like the call the whole heros journything, the call for adventure om like the farm boy. I pretty much always used a prologue as well. But it's interesting because i feel like you could get so into all these details that you forget to actually write a book.
