"i didn't really do all that well in college. So embarking on a post back and not knowing how i was going to do was, i mean, that was a big risk," he says. "The only thing that was going to stop me was my inability to not get into medical school." The average age of starting a medical school is abut 24; by the time you graduate it's 28,. then if you do, on average, three years of residency, it's 31.
