The Court Martial of Timothy Hennis
Army regulations state that a person subject to the uniform code of military justice who has been tried in a civilian court may, but ordinarily will not, be tried by court martial. The army charge him with three counts of murder as the statute of limitations on rape had expired. Hennis's defence became now that he had indeed slept with katy eastburn. I mean, he couldn't refute the dna. So now his lawyers jus say, oh, it was concentual, we had concentual sex. It upended everything.
