How Do You Rate a Person Above the Bar?
The e o s system is based off of corps values as well as the job description, on how the person is doing. On the quarterly review, if someone youknow,. you rate them above the bar or below the bar, are they exemplifying that core value? Yes or no. You just write that on the quarterly review. Then there's another part of it called get it, wantit capacity. Do they get their job roll, do they want the job roll? And do they have the mental or time capacity to fulfil the jobRoll? Ifany of those are no, you have to remove them from the organization. So you're geating them both on corp values as well
