Students for Fair Admissions - The Supreme Court's Overruling of Gruder

The court has repeatedly affirmed the constitutionality of affirmative action and race conscious admissions over the last 20 years. The arguments had a real, everybody knows we're going to overrule Gruder flavor to them. There were some very telling statements which suggested that students for fair admissions don't necessarily think that all experiences should be weighed equally in the admissions protocol.
