I think great people and so much potential the approach they're discussing here and that they've used. I think there are actually many elements in this that would be generalizable but you'd also need to pay really close attention to the training that these paramedics were receiving. They were getting a lot of intensive support with regard to their decision making and understanding that they were doing. So definitely something to have a look at. It's quite unusual to come to the emergency department and just to a troponin because there are often other things that we're considering as well which may not tease out in MACE.
