The fourth reason we're single that has nothing to do with love is we don't take care of ourselves. When you feel good about yourself, you might be more likely to want to be seen. It's much more likely that someone will see that glint in your eye and feel like it's warm or welcoming or sexy or charismatic. The act of moving is talk about activation energy. We all know it when someone walks into a room and there's a kind of energy they exude. They have their own gravitational pull which can lure us in if we want to take them out.
