How to Make a Good Flour Base for Baking

Baking is like a whole nother science for me. You really have to get a combination like almon flower and arrowroot or tapioca to make a good flour base, which i've realised over the years. Ereroot can get really gummy and and really snotty, almost, when you cook with it. So it's, again, these flowers are fickle, but once you get familiar with them, they're gray. But every now and then you have allbe cooking with them, and a mite that did not go over wellyorli fail, switch a different route.
