The Governance Model for RCLTs
The five buckets, the general members, the leaseholders or stewards, our rights of nature, the patrons or investors, and then the local partners, each essentially have 20% of the vote. The idea is that you as an individual member will fall into one of those buckets. Your vote goes into that bucket into that bucket. Then there's a hierarchical order. So like, for example, if you are a partner organization, but you also have invested capital into helping acquire a piece of land, then, you know, this is still something to change. And so that is essentially saying part of designing this in a way that it's not closed off isolated eco villages.
