When we first launched the product six years ago, it was a hundred % free. The curse of that is we were not generating any revenue. And so we started to experiment with paid plans,. What we found out very quickly was for people who were scheduleing internal medions - they just could not see themselves paying for the product. We decided to focus on those people. It's a realy intestan concept, is idea of jobs to be done and o following that thread over time.
