What Is Father Divine and Socialism?

Jim Jones would talk about socialism, but he had also used that language and father divine would use that language. They kind of take the new thought new age movement and they wrap it in scripture. And so to them, this was more of like a divine idea of communism because it was God himself, you know, this principle was the one that was placing this. But when you look at a Christian worldview in comparison to what father divine preached, it's interesting as we have a more theonomic understanding of what actually even government should look like. They don't have that at all.
