So i would say, if i want ta zero in on something, i got to pick a place that the noise isn't too loud. And then we have to have things that are fun, not available to us. Ye, ratherfy us agains to ve get the mastery. We've got barriers to easier, fun things, yes. Yes, it has to be challenging, meaning it has to demand enough of our brain, then we we won't drift off like boredoms. Any machine could do this, right
