A working group that I was on at the time and we were supposed to figure out, you know, like the next weapon or training or whatever. It was none of that when we finished that we said we need a way to stop people from bleeding to death. Between our unit and a bunch of good civilians they come up with a way to to stop the bleeding using fibrin which is dehydrated clotting agent basically.
