The Benefits of Contributing to Open Source
I think the benefits are for new programmers and code movies to get involved in open source. You learn about not just how to write better code, but how to work with other people. I feel like that also makes it really intimidating because as a new programmer who am I to tell them that they should have written their method this way? It's kind of an additive process where the more you put in, then the more you get out if you just dive into big sweeping changes.
