Kotei: Let's stop calling it unlimited PTO because we all understand you cannot, you know, take perpetual vacation. The downside of untracked PTO is that you kind of have to figure out on your own what the appropriate amount is to actually takeBecause there's not a lot of guidance. Kotei: I just think this is the kind of thing I would like for the company to like put in place but at the HR level, it's like, what is the system's thinking about this?
